Attending Inside Out

All events are free of charge to attend. However, voluntary contributions are very welcome and will help us meet our final costs – please look out for the stewards collecting at events. Tickets are not usually required, but please check if there are particular instructions for specific events. Inside Out reserves the right to alter or cancel the programme without notice, particularly in adverse weather conditions. For the 2008 event, Veles e Vents, please note that the site does have a maximum capacity and therefore some access limitations and restrictions may apply for safety purposes.

Access

If you are disabled and need help with transport or parking arrangements, please let us know. If we can’t help, we may be able to put you in touch with someone who can. Please note that although there is no on-site parking for either of the two Veles e Vents performances, there will be drop off points for disabled people. Audiences are advised to dress appropriately for the weather and the time of day. A torch may also be useful for any events at more rural sites. Shows are generally not seated and in many instances, the audience will move around across not always easy terrain. Please call 01202 884340 if you require an alternative brochure format

Public transport

Mainline train stations in Dorset are located at Bournemouth, Poole, Dorchester and Weymouth (call 08457 484950 for details or visit www.nationalrail.co.uk). First Group www.firstgroup.com, Wilts & Dorset Bus Company www.wdbus.co.uk and Bournemouth Yellow Buses www.yellowbuses.co.uk operate various bus services in Dorset.

Car parking

Car parking facilities vary from event to event – please check before you travel. Please note that there are no on-ste car parking facilities at either of the 2008 Veles e Vents performances and audiences are advised to travel by public transport, walk, cycle or car share if possible. Park and walk and limited park and ride arrangements will be made from Lodmoor Country Park and car parks approximately 30 minutes walk away. Drop off and park and ride facilities will operate for people with disabilities.

Inside Out works with local food and drink producers and suppliers where possible, in order to offer audiences a variety of tasty menu options at events - subject to availability.
