Activate Performing Arts and students from Budmouth College invite you to the elegant gardens of Queen Charlotte Care Home in Weymouth, for an afternoon of WW1 reminiscence with tea and cakes!

Formerly the hospital of the principle Anzac camp in Dorset, Montevideo House welcomed 200 Anzac soldiers to Weymouth with strawberries and cream tea in June 1915. Join us to commemorate this warmest of welcomes, share stories and soak up the beautiful surroundings of the Queen Charlotte gardens.

Presented alongside Furious Folly, an immersive night-time performance which comes to Chickerell Camp on 20 and 21 September.

FREE and open to all! No need to book.
